Red Hot Chili Peppers And Green Day Announce FireAid Benefit Shows With Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, And More

Red Hot Chili Peppers and Green Day team up for FireAid with Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and more.

“Tickets go on sale January 22 at noon PST. Donations can be made via the link in our bio,” RHCP wrote on their Instagram post.

The band continued, “*Contributions made to FireAid 501(c)(3) in connection with the FireAid benefit concert and other direct donations will be distributed under the advisement of the Annenberg Foundation and will be distributed for short-term relief efforts and long term initiatives to prevent future fire disasters throughout California. We love you LA.”

The FireAid shows will be at the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum in Inglewood, CA. The events will raise money for wildfire victims in Southern California and help prevent future disasters.

The lineup includes Finneas, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gwen Stefani, Jelly Roll, Joni Mitchell, Katy Perry, Lil Baby, P!nk, Rod Stewart, Sting, Stevie Nicks, and more. Dave Matthews and John Mayer will also perform together for the first time.

Both shows are on January 30, and tickets go on sale on January 22 at noon local time on Ticketmaster. The shows will stream on platforms like Apple Music, Apple TV, Max, Netflix, Paramount+, Prime Video, and YouTube. They’ll also air on iHeartRadio, SiriusXM, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Twitch, and play in select U.S. cinemas.

Fires in Los Angeles since January 7 have killed 27 people and forced over 180,000 to evacuate. They have destroyed more than 12,300 buildings, with damages estimated at $250-275 billion. Calmer winds have helped firefighters control about 40,000 acres, but dangerous conditions may return next week, as reported by Classic Rock.
