“I can’t believe I am posting this but my darling Elvis passed away this week,” Sharon said. “He gave me 14 precious year. He was by my side until the end. Rest in peace my darling boy!”
Kelly Osbourne also shared her grief. She highlighted how Elvis helped her cope with her father’s death.
“It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that we lost Elvis this week,” she said. “Our guardian angel has left us. Elvis did not leave my side since my dad passed. He helped get me through the darkest moment of my life.”
“I keep trying to find a positive in all of this and the only thing I can come up with is that maybe my dad needed him,” Kelly continued. “Life can be so cruel but also give you many treasures. We were so lucky to have Elvis for 14 years. Thank you for all the love Elvis you were one of a kind. I love you. sleep well sweet prince until we meet again!”
The loss of Elvis marks another emotional blow for the Osbourne family. It comes less than three months after Ozzy’s passing.
TMZ reported that Elvis was a Siberian Husky who had been adopted by Sharon. He became a cherished member of the household. The dog was often seen in media appearances with Sharon. He had developed a strong bond with Ozzy over the years, as evidenced by photos shared on social media.
The Osbourne family has long been known for their deep love of animals. Hello Magazine noted that the family has had numerous pets over the years, including dogs, cats, and even rescue pigs. At one point, Ozzy mentioned they had as many as 11 dogs. Some of them were welcome to sleep in bed with them and even accompany Ozzy on tours.
