The \u201cNo More Parties\u201d artist, 28, and the \u201cMiss the Rage\u201d rapper, 25, welcomed their first baby together, announcing the exciting news in a photo on Leray\u2019s Instagram Stories on Monday, June 16. In the snap, the couple\u2019s baby daughter could be seen wearing a white onesie and holding onto her mom\u2019s finger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although her face wasn\u2019t pictured, Leray\u2019s baby could be seen resting soundly on a pink blanket in the photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also shared a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, getting honest about the difficulties of breastfeeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBreastfeeding ain\u2019t no joke #pinksweatsuits,\u201d wrote Leray, adding a gif of a young Leonardo DiCaprio screaming and writing, \u201cIt Hurts!\u201d over the photo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leray first confirmed she was pregnant and expecting a baby with the rapper in January with a series of snaps on Instagram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m a rock star mommy \ud83d\udc8b\ud83e\udd79 we ready for 2025 \ud83d\udda4,\u201d Leray captioned the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Tuesday, April 15, the rapper revealed the sex of her baby on Instagram with a series of maternity shots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a few of the photos, she wore a two-piece pink bunny-inspired outfit, as she sat with her legs crossed, showing off her baby bump. In other snaps, she wore black jeans, an L.A. snapback, pink Telfar boots and a brown and pink striped hoodie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leray ended the series of photos with a throwback picture of herself as a kid, wearing a pink dress. \u201cGIRL MOM \ud83e\udd79\ud83d\udc96\ud83e\udd70\ud83d\udc97,\u201d she captioned the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a recent interview with The Shade Room, the \u201cPlayers\u201d rapper opened up about finding the perfect name for her little one and shared that she loved the name \u201cMiyoco.\u201d She first fell in love with it after hearing the moniker as the name of her friend\u2019s sister. After learning the meaning behind it, she loved it even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Ancestry DNA, Miyoko (sometimes spelled \u201cMiyoco\u201d) is of Japanese origin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIn Japanese, \u2018miyo\u2019 translates to beautiful and \u2018ko\u2019 means child or generation. This combination creates a name that embodies the idea of a beautiful and generationally blessed child,\u201d the genealogy company says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
