(Photo by Jason Kempin\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ella Langley Talks About Her Struggles With Mental Health<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/countrymusicnation.com\/ella-langley-dreams-of-working-with-stevie-nicks\">Ella Langley<\/a>&nbsp;is quickly becoming the newest \u201cit girl\u201d in country music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cyou look like you love me\u201d singer proved that at this year\u2019s ACM Awards in May. She made headlines as the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/countryrebel.com\/ella-langley-has-priceless-reaction-to-acm-award-nominations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">most-nominated artist<\/a>&nbsp;of the night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of her eight total nominations, Ella walked away with five wins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The awards she took home included categories like&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/countryrebel.com\/ella-langley-wins-early-acm-award-for-new-female-artist-of-the-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New Female Artist of the Year<\/a>&nbsp;and Single of the Year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not to mention, Ella also got the chance to perform with one of her idols.<\/strong>&nbsp;She joined country superstar Miranda Lambert on the ACM stage for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/countrymusicnation.com\/ella-langley-joins-miranda-lambert-for-fiery-duet-of-kerosene\">a powerful live duet<\/a>&nbsp;of Lambert\u2019s hit single \u201cKerosene.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Miranda Lambert &amp; Ella Langley perform &quot;Kerosene&quot; at the ACM Awards\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/fIIq4QjuiLY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ella has already checked off so many of the dreams she once only hoped for, but with all the excitement happening at once, it\u2019s no surprise that things can sometimes feel overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 26-year-old has been&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/countrymusicnation.com\/ella-langley-sweeps-at-acm-awards-then-speaks-up-about-mental-health-in-vulnerable-interview\">open about her mental health<\/a>, sharing that even during moments when she should feel on top of the world, she\u2019s been struggling behind the scenes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>She\u2019s admitted that right now, her mental health is the worst it\u2019s ever been.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ella has shared that mental health struggles run in her family, and for her, one of the hardest parts has been learning to feel worthy of the success she\u2019s worked so hard for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ella Langley Says That Miranda Lambert Played A Big Part In Helping Her Get Through The ACM Awards<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>During ACM Awards night, Ella Langley had said that she was struggling with major imposter syndrome as she kept winning award after award.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thankfully, she had the support of friends in the industry who understand what that feels like, especially Miranda Lambert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a recent interview, Ella shared that Miranda helped coach her through the hectic night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cShe\u2019s someone, I mean, I talked to her yesterday on the phone and she\u2019s always somebody\u2026 You know, she\u2019s been here before, and there\u2019s not really a rulebook to everything,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>Ella said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Thankfully, Miranda\u2019s life advice has helped her navigate the ups and downs that come with rising fame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cAnd I think everyone\u2019s experience is much different, but yeah, she can definitely have some advice on, \u2018Well, this is what I\u2019ve been doing, and this is how I felt,\u201d&nbsp;<\/em>she continued.<em>&nbsp;\u201c<\/em><em>So, in a day, as massive as performing on the ACMs with somebody you\u2019ve looked up to for so long, she just was very comforting and like, \u2018You belong here, you belong here.\u2019 She kept killing the imposter syndrome in my brain.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Watch Ella Langley talk about Miranda Lambert\u2019s advice to her in the video below.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Ella Langley Talks Bangs, Her Hometown And &quot;Weren&#039;t For The Wind&quot;\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5JMPN2_EISo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ella Langley shares that Miranda Lambert helped her through the ACM Awards.
