\u201cBut I think in Gene [Simmons] and Paul\u2019s [Stanley] mind, as a band guy myself, it\u2019s, like, \u2018Well, he\u2019s not part of the band. He\u2019s just not part of the act. He\u2019s not part of the show. Where do we squeeze that in?’\u201d he continued. \u201cYet they certainly could have, if they wanted to.\u201d<\/p>\n
Ellefson\u2019s comments come nearly two years after KISS concluded their historic \u201cEnd of the Road\u201d farewell world tour. The tour marked the end of an era for one of rock\u2019s most iconic bands.<\/p>\n
Setlist.fm reported that KISS concluded their farewell tour with a final show on December 2, 2023, at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
