Chef Bobby Flay is remembering Food Network star Anne Burrell following her sudden death Tuesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe greatest gift I got from AB was turning me on to a world of Maine Coon Cats (including Nacho)\u2026 a gift that I\u2019ll have forever,\u201d Flay wrote on Instagram, referring to his pet cat Nacho that Burrell influenced him to get, alongside a photo of Burrell with two cats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flay also praised Burrell\u2019s show Worst Cooks in America.<\/em> He wrote,, \u201cWorst Cooks in America <\/em>was the funnest show on TV. All of your co-hosts (me included) were just alongside for the Anne Burrell ride.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Comedian Loni Love, who served as a guest judge on an episode of Beat Bobby Flay<\/em> featuring Burrell, also remembered the Food Network star on X, saying Burrell\u2019s passing left her \u201cin shock and sorrow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cShe was a gifted chef, and an extraordinary person,\u201d Love wrote. \u201cChef Anne was the same on and off camera. She would just check on me out the blue. I will miss her tremendously. My condolences to her husband, family, (and) fans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tyler Florence, who co-starred with Burrell on Worst Cooks in America,\u201d said he was \u201cheartbroken,\u201d noting \u201cshe was Mensa smart, with razor wit and sincere kindness\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burrell died Tuesday, June 17, at her home in New York City. She was 55. A cause of death has not yet been determined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
