Alyvia Alyn Lind Is The Young Actress Who Played Dolly Parton In The Coat Of Many Colors<\/em> Movies \u2013 Where Is She Now?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In December 2015, Dolly Parton<\/a> released the Coat of Many Colors <\/em>movie on NBC. The film tells the story of her childhood, and was inspired by her beloved song of the same title. The young actress who played Dolly Parton in the films was Alyvia Alyn Lind<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dolly followed up by releasing a sequel the next year. That movie was called Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Country singer Jennifer Nettles played Dolly\u2019s mother Avie Lee, while Ricky Schroder played her father Robert Lee. What Did Dolly Think Of Alyvia\u2019s Performance?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Prior to starring in Coat of Many Colors<\/em>, Alyvia had multiple roles in TV shows and movies. She was perhaps most well-known for playing Faith Newman on the soap opera The Young and the Restless<\/em>. Alyvia started portraying Faith in 2011 and continued to play her through 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Alyvia had recurring roles on the TV shows Revenge, See Dad Run, <\/em>and Transparent.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alyvia was only eight years old when the first Coat of Many Colors<\/em> movie was released.<\/strong> She made quite the impression on Dolly, who said<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
