Chris Motionless Warns Fans to Stop Spreading Lies About Motionless In White

Chris Motionless recently addressed false rumors circulating about his band, Motionless In White, in a statement shared on X (formerly Twitter).

The statement came after Rockville removed a post about the band from their social media account, leading to speculation among fans.

A Motionless In White fan wrote on X, “Motionless In White backed out of Rockville!” In response to the fan, Chris Motionless said, “No, we didn’t, and ours is not the only post that they took down.”

The singer continued, “I am begging you guys to simply just ask me or look for an official announcement when it comes to these types of things. Please stop spreading false info based on assumptions when you have the resources to clarify.”

The frontman urged fans to verify information directly with the band before spreading unconfirmed claims online.

Rock Sound reported that Motionless In White have announced their 2025 Apocalypse Fest, set for November 13 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. At this show, the band will perform their sophomore album Infamous in full for the first time ever.

Chris Motionless has indicated that the band is taking extra care with their next album, saying that it’s taking longer than any previous record because they’re avoiding rushing the process. He also described the new material as spanning a “spectrum of heavy to light and everywhere in between,” hinting at diversity in tone.

In early 2025 the band’s live performances drew strong critical praise, with The Guardian lauding their UK show for its “stadium-level” production, theatricality, and Chris Cerulli’s commanding vocal presence.

Moreover, they are also confirmed as a supporting act for Bring Me The Horizon’s extended U.S. tour into 2026.
